Join us each week as we shake our sillies out and sing to a story. We will also be exploring a variety of crafts and activities just for little ones. This week we will hear “About A Bear” by Holly Surplice. Registration is required for 18-36 months old children, and an adult caregiver is required to stay with each child during this program.
This is the monthly meeting of the Wakarusa Library Board of Trustees. The public is welcome to attend.
A time for Adult Winter Reading participants to share what they’re reading for the program in a group setting, or just visit together while sharing refreshments. Registration is required.
Young adults will be invited to discuss “The Invention of Hugo Cabret” by Brian Selznick. Refreshments will be served.
Locomotive Day – Come celebrate the 2014 Caldecott Award book. The movie of this title will be shown at different times during the day. Special craft and story times will also be offered along with a “Make-It/Take-It” craft in the Children’s Room. Registration is not required.
